Turkish Aerospace Strengthens Ties with Airbus at Paris Airshow

Turkish Aerospace has signed two major agreements with Airbus at the Paris Airshow, one of the world’s premier aviation exhibitions, further cementing its role as a key player in the global aerospace supply chain.

As part of the new partnership, Turkish Aerospace will manufacture the rudder component for the Airbus A320, one of the most widely used aircraft in the global civil aviation market. The production will take place at Turkish Aerospace’s facility in Kahramankazan, Ankara, which has now been designated as one of the world’s leading centers for rudder manufacturing — significantly enhancing its industrial prominence.

Exclusive Role in A350F Freighter Production

In addition to the A320 agreement, a second strategic collaboration was also formalized at the signing ceremony. Under this agreement, Turkish Aerospace has been selected as the exclusive global manufacturer of all metallic parts for the Airbus A350F Freighter. This positions Turkish Aerospace as the sole supplier for these components on all A350F aircraft produced, marking a major milestone in the company’s ongoing cooperation with Airbus.

A Key Partner in Global Aviation

Turkish Aerospace continues to expand its role in international aviation through collaborations with industry leaders such as Airbus. The company already produces critical components for the A220, A320, A330, and A350 aircraft, including flaps, landing gear fairings, fuselage structures, and composite elements.

With advanced expertise in manufacturing lightweight, durable, and eco-friendly composite materials, Turkish Aerospace has become an indispensable partner in the aerospace sector — driving innovation and carrying Türkiye’s engineering excellence to new heights.
